Hospital-owned practice seeking Gynecologist with experience in robotic surgery to join practice with established referral base and large referral catchment area. 100% outpatient position offers great work/life balance. No labor & delivery responsibilities.

Practice Details:

1. Hospital employed position
2. Open to <1.0 FTE; Candidate can negotiate 2 to 5 days per week
3. Join one part-time Physician, one Nurse Midwife, and one Nurse Practitioner
4. Recent renovation of clinic space
5. DaVinci Xi Surgical Robot
6. EHR –Meditech Expanse with Dragon voice recognition platform
7. Opportunity to serve as Preceptor for 3rd- and 4th-year medical students

Services:

1. Full spectrum gynecologic care
2. Surgeries (DaVinci Xi Surgical Robot available)
3. Prenatal care to 32 weeks and postnatal care
4. Contraceptive management
5. Hormone replacement therapy
6. Vaginal and pelvic floor prolapse
7. Lactation consultation and birthing classes
8. Minimally invasive in-office procedures (e.g., hysteroscopy, colposcopy, LEEP)
9. Onsite laboratory, radiology, and other services

Compensation and Incentives:

1. Compensation MGMA 50 th -70 th Percentile with Productivity and Quality Incentives
