Day-in-the-Life

As a Blow Molding Packaging Technician in our Mars, PA facility, you’ll start your shift at 7:30 AM and wrap up at 3:40 PM, Monday through Friday. You’ll circulate between automated equipment, the pack-out area, and inventory stations—keeping the line flowing, product quality high, and documentation accurate. This full-time role pays $19/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Lift and move bundles of corrugated bulk containers filled with plastic bottles; assemble grouped boxes and secure them with twine.
• Inspect bottles for holes, surface lines, and water spots; pack only approved bottles into boxes.
• Monitor automated machinery to prevent jams and keep conveyor belts clear of excess bottles.
• Notify the supervisor of any defective product or equipment malfunction.
• Operate the bagger as needed and call for more raw materials when supplies run low.
• Track bottle counts for each shift and complete routine record-keeping.
• Label boxes/bags with the correct date and shift ID, following color-coding standards.
• Support departmental inventory activities to keep materials flowing.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, continually changing production setting.
• Strong attention to instructions and commitment to working safely.
• Ability to work in a chemical environment (bleach, ammonia).
• Proficiency in warehouse operations and familiarity with manufacturing environments.
