- Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
- Investigate new manufacturing and tooling methods
- Supports product test and troubleshooting processes to meet and improve upon product performance
- Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs
- Design manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products
- Integrate new products and product refinements into production
- Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
- OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
- OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
- Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $ $83,805.32 - $104,756.65 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
