Pickering Run Apartments in Phoenixville, Pa. is currently looking to hire knowledgeable Maintenance Technicians to join our team.
Our community oriented, family run apartment complex offers competitive pay, with company paid disability and 75% of employees medical insurance cost along with paid PTO and Vacation time. Employee's elective benefits including family medical, dental, vision and life insurance are offered. Residency is available as part of the salary package if desired.
Apartment maintenance required. HVAC certification a plus. Scheduled work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. However to provide the best possible service to our residents, you will be included in a 24 hour - emergency maintenance on call rotation.
Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Currently offering a $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days.
