Financial Analyst - Manufacturing

Your future role
- Act as a financial business partner for manufacturing operations and support strategic decision-making
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational variances to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership teams
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and support physical inventory processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and supply chain
- Support audit activities, internal controls, and compliance with financial standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP systems and financial processes
- Support the growth of the business and service point deployment and tax codes
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, including experience supporting a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, JDE, or similar tools is considered an asset
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
- Intrapreneurial mindset
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Up to 10% travel required
