Document Specialist
Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking to hire detail-oriented and self-motivated Research & Document Specialists to assist with a high-volume document remediation project. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing a significant backlog by investigating and reconciling over 750,000 documents. This position is ideal for someone with investigative instincts who thrives in an independent, production-focused environment.
salary: $24.48 - $32.3 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive reviews of a large-scale backlog to ensure account accuracy and compliance.
- Manually research and investigate individual files to resolve discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
- Navigate complex shared drives to source, retitle, and organize documents within specific subfolders.
- Create concise Word documents and summaries using standardized formatting and bulleted reports.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality while handling sensitive customer data.
