Administrative Assistant

- Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact connecting finance, legal, leasing, and property management teams.
- Document Management: Prepare, format, and track leasing documents, reports, and committee packages.
- Systems & Reporting: Update internal tracking tools, project management systems, and CRM databases regularly.
- Marketing Support: Assist with basic updates to site plans and marketing collateral for prospective clients.
- Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, travel, expense reports, and meeting coordination for the team.
- Office Operations: Manage daily office functionality, supplies, vendor relationships, and onboarding logistics.
