Truck Drivers - Heavy Civil Group
Q&D Construction is currently seeking up to ten safety-minded, professional, and reliable Truck Drivers who exhibit our values of Service, Integrity, and Quality. Candidates that are a strong cultural fit can demonstrate that they are self-motivated, honest, and hard-working. Our CDL Truck Drivers are essentials to the construction operation and work closely with project leaders on a daily basis. Q&D Truck Drivers are dependable and they understand each project's hazards. Our CDL drivers hold themselves accountable for their safety and the safety of others on every project.
Truck Driver Benefits
- Starting wage $26-$30 / hour
- Tiered pay scale based on experience

Truck Driver Requirements
- Class A CDL (Commercial Driver License) with endorsement to operate: Triple-Transfer, bottom-dump train, side-dump train, end dump, water truck, ten-wheeler, flatbed, and concrete mixer
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Construction Truck Driver with one or more pieces of equipment listed above
- Pre-employment DOT (Department of Transportation) drug screening
- Clean 3-year MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
- Current Medical Card; high school diploma or equivalent

- Has obtained some construction truck driving experience
- Is self-motivated to perform quality work
- Works well on a team
- Is able to follow directions, while also being self-reliant
- Performs with a safety-oriented mindset at all times
