Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) – $170–$180/day | Paid Training $150/day

About BCA Logistics (FedEx Contractor)
We’re a family-run team operating out of 300 Tomlinson Dr, Zelienople, PA 16046 . We’ve grown over 4 years by supporting our drivers and showing up for each other, simple as that.
Pay & Benefits
- $170–$180/day full routes | $160/day small routes
- $150/day paid training
- Quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision
- PTO + flexible unpaid time off
- Company vehicle & uniform provided
Schedule
- Full-time: Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu or Wed-Sun
- Part-time delivery driver: Fri–Sun (2–3 days)
- Start 8:00 AM to completion (100–130 stops/day)
What You’ll Do (Delivery Driver / Courier)
- Pick up packages at terminal, run package delivery routes
- Drive safely, use GPS, scan/log deliveries
- Lift/move packages up to 150 lbs
Requirements
- 21+, valid license, clean MVR
- Comfortable with weather & physical work
- Must be willing to submit to background check, drug test, and DOT physical
