1st Shift Fulfillment Associate (Nordstrom A-Shift) - Four 10-Hour Days!

Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our team at the retail distribution facility in Elizabethtown, PA. This position features a highly desirable A-Shift schedule: Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday!).

In this fast-paced, climate-controlled environment, you will be a key player in ensuring online retail orders reach customers quickly and accurately. Daily responsibilities include receiving inbound merchandise, unpacking freight, picking retail apparel and goods using an RF scanner or tablet, and safely packing orders into shipping boxes. Because quality presentation is everything, you will need a sharp eye for detail to verify tags, item sizes, and packaging aesthetics before products leave the dock.

To qualify for this position, no prior warehouse experience is requiredwe are fully prepared to train individuals who are dependable, positive, and ready to work. Candidates must have the physical stamina to stand and walk on concrete floors for the entirety of a 10-hour shift and must be comfortably able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, the ability to read and understand English is necessary to safely navigate warehouse screens, labels, and facility safety procedures.
