Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a dependable Evaporation Operator to support safe, efficient, and compliant wastewater and process sludge operations within our facility. This hands-on role focuses on operating and maintaining evaporation systems that support environmental compliance, resource recovery, and uninterrupted production in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You Will Do
• Operate evaporation equipment to remove water from process sludge and wastewater
• Chisel, descale, and maintain evaporation systems to ensure reliable operation
• Pump and transfer solutions safely and efficiently
• Perform inspections, record weights, and maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 pounds while following all safety procedures

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures
• Comfort working on your feet in a production environment
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access

Schedule & Benefits
• 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills

Compliance Requirements
