Then come and join our global P58 Template & Operations Team as Manager for SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
Siemens Healthineers has built up a new global SAP Sales & Service System named P58, replacing all legacy systems and harmonizing processes around the globe within Sales & Service area via a template approach.
Currently 39 countries have been migrated / collected and further 20+ countries will follow till end of 2027.
The SAP P58 RAR group is responsible for accurate revenue reporting as per IFRS or Local GAAP. SAP P58 RAR Team Manager leads and manages a global team of SAP RAR consultants and specialists, overseeing the design, daily operations, future implementations (e.g. changes) and support of SAP RAR solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in SAP RAR & SAP Optimized Contract Management (OCM), cross organization-collaboration and a deep understanding of revenue recognition principles and processes.
Your responsibility & tasks:
Key responsibilities for an SAP RAR Team Manager include:
- You will act as fully responsible manager and team leader (T3 Manager) of SAP P58 RAR Team, a global team of RAR consultants and experts
- You are part of the P58-Template & Operations Leadership team
- You are fully responsible for ensuring a stable / 24-7 RAR / OCM application operations for business users, accurate revenue reporting and timely closure of month / quarter / year end.
- You will work closely with all SAP P58 application / functional leads for coordination of system integration topics, the P58 AMS leader to ensure business escalations are addressed in time and P58 Template Governance & SHS Business for consulting of new requirements / changes / projects.
- You oversee high quality & End-2-End SAP RAR & SAP OCM implementations (Changes, Projects) incl. design and configuration of solutions that integrate with other SAP Modules / Systems.
- You are responsible for managing stakeholders and projects including planning and risk mitigation.
- You ensure all used vendors deliver agreed performance by measuring KPI’s
- Ensuring Audit and Compliance with regulatory-, company- & industry standards (e.g IFRS15, ASC606).

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in the fields of Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar. Relevant SAP certifications are often considered beneficial.
- You have several years of professional experience in IT, including significant SAP experience, with several years focused on SAP RAR, SAP OCM and experience with full lifecycle RAR / OCM implementations and solution design across related modules.
- You have the necessary technical skills including a deep understanding of SAP RAR & OCM functionalities and knowledge of Finance Processes, IFRS15 and ASC606 standards. Proficiency in related SAP modules like SD, FI/CO, and potentially BRIM is also important, with familiarity with BRF+ being a plus.
- You have Key Management skills include strong leadership, project management, and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also crucial.
- You have solid know how about IT Service Management, ITIL V3, IT Quality & -Compliance
- You are familiar with ISO9001/27001 and the regulatory requirements for non-product software of a global healthcare products and services business
- You have experience in ext. Service Provider- & Partner Mgmt.

The base pay range for this position is:
Min $141,340 - Max $212,000Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
