Custom Filters Direct is looking for experienced Production Line Leads to take ownership of raw material flow, support production teams, and drive efficiency on the floor.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay based on experience
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 90 days

Position Overview:
The Production Line Lead (Team Lead) is responsible for overseeing production areas focused on raw material movement and workflow. This role requires someone who can lead by example, ensure accountability, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily activities related to raw material flow on and off the production floor
• Ensure materials are properly staged, organized, and available to meet production demands
• Hold team members accountable for performance, productivity, and attendance
• Identify and resolve workflow issues quickly to avoid delays
• Maintain organization, efficiency, and cleanliness of assigned areas
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
• Support training and development of team members
• Follow and enforce safety and operational standards

Qualifications:
• Previous team lead or leadership experience preferred*
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
• Ability to lead by example and maintain accountability across the team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and write in English (required)
• Bilingual is a plus*

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling materials
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
