We are seeking a& Project Manager to lead the expansion and optimization of ERP processes using IQMS/DELMIAworks and related platforms. This role will support business scalability, improve systems integration, and ensure operational efficiency in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Boyertown, PA, and occasional travel.

• Lead ERP and IT systems implementation aligned with corporate IT strategy

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across quality and manufacturing departments

• Create and maintain systems documentation, SOPs, and license compliance protocols

• Coordinate CSV (Computerized Systems Validation) activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data and system analysis

• Oversee day-to-day Quality Manufacturing IT operations

• Manage third-party vendors and consultants for project execution

• Support technical training and internal adoption of IT tools

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP implementation with IQMS/DELMIAworks

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical solutions within a regulated industry

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client/Server environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Experience in plastics manufacturing

• Familiarity with multi-ERP systems or ERP migration projects

• Exposure to quality management systems (QMS)

• Background in IT integration following acquisitions

• Multi-site project experience

• Work Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday onsite (Hybrid Model)

• Travel: Up to 25% (approx. 1–2 times every 2 months)

• Reports to: Director of IT

• Team Size: 5

• Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
