**Qualifications**- Proven experience in civil engineering and project management.
- BS or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
- A minimum of 5-12 years as an engineer in land development or similar areas.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing engineers.
- Expertise in construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in managing project timelines, budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
