- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and staff
- Answer phones, emails, and assist with customer inquiries with professionalism
- Manage schedules, appointments, and general office tasks
- Prepare and maintain files, reports, and records
- Support the team by handling a variety of clerical and office duties
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed this role may require wearing many hats as the company grows
- Proven customer service experience, including professional phone etiquette
- Experience in administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Professional, flexible, and eager to learn
- Starting pay: $17/hour
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM 5 PM schedule
- Accrued PTO & sick time
- Vision, health, and dental insurance are offered after 90 days
