Bartender / Server

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile front of house member to join our team. We're looking for someone who offers the flexability to work primarly bartending shifts, and be open and comfortable also working as a server.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to recommend beverages and food, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, inputting orders into the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques overall.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Wednesday, Friday , and Saturday availability is a must, with willingness to coordinate and cover on other days as well.
