Experienced Pool Technicians — We’re Hiring!
We’re looking for a full-time, experienced Pool Technician to join our team for the 2026 pool season.
Season: March/April through November
Location: Macungie, PA
Primary Responsibilities :
- Independently perform weekly residential pool maintenance
- Brush, net, and vacuum pools
- Accurately test water and balance chemicals
- Complete spring pool openings and fall pool closings
- Install, service, and troubleshoot pool equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For : Minimum 1 year of pool service experience required (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE POOL EXPERIENCE)
Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes
Strong understanding of water chemistry and pool systems
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Schedule : Monday–Friday, some Saturdays as needed. Enjoy Winters off!
Pay : Starting at $20/hour for experienced technicians. Higher pay available for highly experienced techs based on skill level and performance.
