Trane is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Services Sales Leader, committed to delivering business results and continually fostering employee engagement. You will manage the Equipment P&L for the Mechanicsburg, PA Sales Office location. You will also be the Sales Manager for the Systems sales stream and provide leadership for Operations through a matrix management organizational structure.
