Inventory Control Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. You will lead routine cycle counts, oversee the RMA process, analyze root causes of discrepancies, and collaborate across departments to improve processes and systems. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to resolve irregularities with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly cycle counts in a high-volume setting
• Investigate variances swiftly; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with audit standards
• Monitor inventory transactions such as receipts, issues, transfers, WIP, and returns for accuracy and speed
• Enforce inventory control methods like product picking, FIFO, and lot tracking to minimize errors
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficient large-scale production handling

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of inventory control oversight experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and ERP systems.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and data analysis.
• Ability to manage large SKU counts and high transaction volumes accurately.

• This is a 1st shift position offering between $50,000-$60,000 per year

This is a Permanent position based out of Erie, PA.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Full-time Medical Benefits 401K + match Vacation - Negotiable

This is a fully onsite position in Erie,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 5, 2026.
