Here’s what you can expect to bring!

1. Master’s degree required.
2. Minimum 3 years of perioperative experience and 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care hospital.
3. Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center with 15+ ORs preferred.
4. Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact multi-state license required.
5. Strong strategic mindset, leadership followership, excellent physician relations skills, coaching and mentoring of your leadership team
6. Proven track record of ambition and well rounded results in people, process, projects, strategy.
