Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Berwick, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 40.0 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead the buy-out process of subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring proper tracking and documentation
• Prepare and submit monthly progress billings to the owner, monitor responses, and manage cash flow effectively
• Expedite all submittals to prevent project delays and oversee project closeout activities, including submission of close-out documents and warranties
• Coordinate with safety personnel and field teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and effective operations
• Collect and track potential cost changes, report findings to the Operations Manager for accurate project cost management
• Act as the primary representative of the company both internally and externally, demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills
• Assist project engineers and superintendents as needed for field operations and project support
• Perform other duties as required to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Sheet Metal, HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping systems
• 3-5 years of construction experience, with a background in sheet metal projects
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a sense of priority and urgency
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and related computer skills
