What You Will Do:

• Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including car accidents, slip and falls, workplace accidents, and wrongful death cases.
• Conduct client consultations, investigate claims, and develop winning case strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Partner with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of all legal matters.
• Continuously develop your legal skills and stay abreast of current laws and trends.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• Extensive civil litigation experience - ideally with trial experience.
• A strong track record of success in obtaining positive outcomes for clients.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• A passion for advocacy and helping those in need.
• A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
