Job Responsibilities

• Painting - responsible for painting apartments during turnover process
• Maintenance coverage after hours - schedule/execute on call rotation to handle service requests outside of normal business hours
• Community emergencies - responsible for emergencies that may arise outside of normal business hours. e. flood, fire, power loss, etc.
• Snow removal - responsible for ensuring community is always clear and accessible during snow falls

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years of painting experience
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and "can do" attitude
• Must approach the community and business on a daily basis with the highest level of professionalism at all times

Must be available to work the required full-time schedule of Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Compensation

• $25/hour

Individual compensation decisions will vary as the hourly base compensation range provided is approximate and determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location. AVE also offers additional bonus potential paid out on a monthly and/or quarterly basis (dependent upon the position), which is not included in the base compensation range listed above.
