Product Manager - Fireproofing

We are seeking a creative, process-oriented, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as Product Manager for our Fireproofing line of business. -While Fireproofing products (Monokote-) have tremendous brand recognition and are considered category pioneers, there remains robust opportunity for growth. -The Product Manager will be instrumental in driving high-potential strategic initiatives across multi-functional teams, problem-solving with a positive, results-oriented mindset.-

What do you bring?

In conjunction with business leadership, build strategic plan for profitable business growth

• Develop product portfolios to align with business growth strategy, maximize market share, sales and profitability, including product additions, deletions and changes

• Responsible for market research, landscape and competitive analysis related to product portfolio including travel with field sales, technical service team and customers

• Lead cross-functional project teams/projects to drive:

• Product development and enhancement efforts to be completed on time and on budget

• Manufacturing qualifications for new raw materials and/or process enhancements

• Joint development and private label partnerships associated with portfolio elements outside current manufacturing capabilities

• Serve as internal & external product (subject matter) expert; develop technical training and sales tools in conjunction with key business stakeholders, drive the development and execution of Sales Enablement and Marketing Communications plan to include brand architecture/management, product positioning, and promotion

• Ideate and develop compelling content for sales support literature, samples, and digital training tools

• Oversee the execution of marketing support tools and promotional campaigns

• Participate and travel to trade shows, customer events, and educational seminars

• Function as the liaison between functional heads (i.e. R&D, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales) to support daily business management and challenges such as:

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,00 to $142,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $103,040 to $159,040. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
