About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Epicor Implementation Consultant to lead and drive an on-premises Epicor Kinetic implementation for a 25-user manufacturing environment.

This role requires a hands-on ERP leader who can own data migration, configure manufacturing modules, drive project execution, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings deep Epicor manufacturing expertise and the ability to stabilize and optimize ERP systems in a discrete manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epicor Kinetic on-prem implementation

• Own project execution including scope, timeline, deliverables, and stakeholder communication

• Drive data migration strategy, cleansing, mapping, validation, and execution

• Configure and optimize Epicor Manufacturing modules

• Support Finance, Sales, Production, and Materials functional areas

• Oversee MRP setup and optimization

• Configure MES and shop floor functionality

• Develop and deploy BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and reports

• Validate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and MOMs (Methods of Manufacturing)

• Ensure pricing structures and costing models are properly configured

• Support server coordination and on-prem deployment considerations

• Facilitate workshops with business users to align ERP functionality with operational workflows

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors

• Establish governance and best practices for data integrity and system sustainability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years Epicor ERP experience

• Multiple full-cycle Epicor implementations (on-prem preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience with DMT and data migration execution

• Deep knowledge of Epicor Manufacturing suite

• Proven experience configuring MRP and MES

• Strong BAQ, BPM, and Dashboard development skills

• Experience supporting Finance and Sales modules

• Ability to lead cross-functional ERP projects independently

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working directly with executive leadership and operational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in furniture or contract manufacturing environments

• Experience rescuing or stabilizing challenged ERP implementations

• Pennsylvania-based (or willing to travel as needed)
