From the Philadelphia hospitality group CookNSolo, behind celebrated concepts such as Zahav, Dizengoff, Goldie, Jaffa Bar, K’Far, and Lilah: Laser Wolf is hiring a Grill Cook to join the team. We are seeking a full-time candidate to work on a live-fire charcoal grill in a high volume restaurant. A s an Israeli grill house, or ' shipudiya ', t he grill is the heart of Laser Wolf.

Direct responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handling a high volume restaurant with an upbeat attitude in an open kitchen
Communicating with staff members effectively and seamlessly
Being self-motivated to provide exceptional hospitality
Reading tickets quickly and acting as your own expeditor in a fast-paced work environment
Engaging in an immaculately clean and inviting restaurant
Supporting fellow back of house team members

Starting rate is at least $18 per hour, based on experience. Working nights and weekends required. This is a 4 shifts per week position.

2 years minimum line cook experience required to apply.

Some line cook experience is required. Relevant grill experience strongly preferred.

CookNSolo is co-owned by chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, who combined are five-time James Beard Award winners. Laser Wolf has recieved many accolades including one of the Best New Restaurants in the world by Conde Nast traveler and one of the best new restaurants in America by GQ magazine. As well as three years in a row on the Philly Inquirer top 10 Restaurants list.
