OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Lancaster, PA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Deliver critical hazardous freight nationwide from Lancaster, PA as part of HMD Truckings OTR team. Your CDL A expertise ensures safe, compliant operations across all routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute long-haul hazmat transports
- Adhere to DOT and HAZMAT regulations
- Keep detailed logs and shipping documents
- Perform routine vehicle inspections
