A highly successful entrepreneur is launching a boutique, white-glove multi-family office serving approximately 10 ultra-high-net-worth families, each with $50M–$150M in assets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing firm built on personalized service, discretion, and deep client relationships.
The founder is client-facing and relationship-driven, with a vision to spend the majority of his time advising and engaging directly with clients. This role will serve as his right hand—ensuring seamless operations, exceptional client experience, and organizational excellence behind the scenes.
Position Overview

The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and highly organized—someone who can build meaningful relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients while also managing the operational details that keep the business running smoothly.
The role is primarily remote but requires initial travel to meet clients and establish relationships, ensuring a high-touch, personalized experience. Ongoing flexibility for occasional travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between the founder and clients, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families
- Travel initially to meet clients and establish rapport; act as a visible and trusted point of contact
- Manage day-to-day operations, communications, and client coordination
- Provide high-level executive support to the founder, acting as a strategic right hand
- Oversee scheduling, follow-ups, and organization across multiple client relationships
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Be available and responsive, even during lighter workload periods
Ideal Candidate
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Warm, polished, and confident communicator who can build genuine relationships
- Comfortable working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
- Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment
- Adaptable, responsive, and comfortable with an “on-demand” workflow
- Long-term mindset with interest in growing alongside the firm
- Easy-going personality that aligns with a laid-back, collaborative founder
Requirements
- Prior experience in financial services, family office, private wealth, or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience in client services, operations, or executive support roles
- Ability to travel as needed, particularly during onboarding/initial client introductions
- Based in or near Philadelphia, NYC, or Northern New Jersey
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, impactful role at the early stages of a growing firm, with significant flexibility, strong compensation, and the ability to work closely with an impressive and relationship-focused founder.
