In this specialty-focused role, you’ll support diverse populations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and expand your expertise across settings, all while contributing to a culture that champions your growth. The assignment starts on 04/13/2026 and provides 40 guaranteed hours per week, with competitive weekly pay in the range of $2,207 to $2,346.

Location beauty and lifestyle: Pennsylvania offers rich scenery and historic charm. From the pastoral landscapes and charming countryside of Lancaster County to nearby historic sites and vibrant urban centers a short drive away, you’ll enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Explore the Pennsylvania Dutch Country, visit farmers markets, take weekend trips to Hershey and the Black Forest of nearby towns, or escape to the Pocono Mountains for outdoor adventures. The location blends cultural heritage with modern conveniences, top-tier dining, and outdoor recreation, setting an ideal backdrop for a fulfilling professional experience.

Location benefits and opportunities: In addition to Lancaster, you’ll have the chance to work across various locations in the U.S., expanding your professional network, refining adaptability, and gaining exposure to different practice settings. Role specifics and responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist in this travel assignment, you’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, create and implement individualized treatment plans, measure progress, and adjust interventions to maximize functional recovery. You’ll provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and neurorehabilitation or vestibular therapy as appropriate, adapting techniques to diverse patient populations. You’ll document meticulously, communicate with physicians and care teams, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. You’ll have the chance for professional growth through exposure to a range of clinical settings, mentorship from seasoned clinicians, and access to continuing education resources. The role offers potential extension opportunities, enabling you to deepen expertise in your specialty and build a robust professional portfolio, while maintaining the high standard of care you pride yourself on.

Benefits, compensation, and support: This role includes a competitive compensation package with a weekly pay range of $2,207-$2,346, plus a sign-on bonus where available, and housing assistance to ease relocation logistics. We offer extension opportunities, enabling you to lengthen a successful assignment based on performance and need.
