About the Job Voodoo Brewing Co. – Erie is looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Kitchen experience is helpful, but it is not required . We are willing to train the right person if they show up, work hard, take pride in what they do, and want to be part of a team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the restaurant industry, build real kitchen skills, and grow with a local business. What You’ll Do
- Prepare food according to our recipes, portions, and quality standards
- Work the line during service and help keep orders moving
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
- Stock, prep, and organize ingredients before and during shifts
- Keep your station clean, safe, and ready to go
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and help with kitchen closing duties when needed
- Communicate with the team during busy shifts
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen
- Be willing to learn and improve every shift
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- A team player with a good attitude
- Able to follow directions and ask questions when needed
- Proud of doing the job the right way
- Available for nights and weekends
- No kitchen experience required
