Senior Account Executive

We are currently hiring a Senior Account Executive to cover our PA t erritory. In this role you will be responsible for representing the Teq brand by selling our products, services, and full solutions to new and existing customers in the K-12 education environment. You will reach out to potential leads through a variety of mediums such as phone, email, social media and in-person engagements. The ideal candidate will expertly demonstrate communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Additional responsibilities in this role:
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and meet with key decision makers.
- Develop a sales pipeline for 3 times your monthly sales target.
- Work with your Account Executive to develop acquisition plans for new customers.
- Upsell and cross sell our existing customers with new products and services.
- Work with marketing department to implement and track ROI of local marketing events in your sales territory.
- 2-3 years of field sales experience is preferred but not required. Teaching experience a plus.
- Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Expertise in CRM software solutions.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel - Traveling to clients within Illinois area to ensure face-to-face contact with prospects.
- Salary and Wage: Competitive Base Salary ($60-80K) + Commission with no Cap+ Bonus incentives (OTE $150-$170K UNCAPPED)
