We are seeking a skilled Quality Liaison to bridge the gap between production, suppliers, and customers, ensuring quality standards are met at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers for all quality-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Generate reports and track key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and supervise containment measures : Develop, implement, and oversee containment plans to immediately isolate nonconforming products or processes until effective corrective actions can be executed
• Manage sorting and rework processes if requested by Customer : Oversee and participate in the sorting of production parts to segregate conforming from nonconforming units, and supervise and participate in rework activities to ensure defects are corrected promptly and effectively.
• Conduct audits and inspections if required by Customer
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or supplier management within the automotive or heavy truck industry.
• Prior experience in customer or supplier quality liaison roles is highly valued.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments , such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to verify compliance with specifications.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
