Office Manager - Financial Services
A growing financial planning and wealth advisory practice is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Manager to support daily operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment while supporting both internal operations and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming office environment for visitors and staff
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and ongoing communications
- Prepare documentation and materials in advance of scheduled appointments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of files and systems
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership
- Assist in streamlining office processes to improve overall efficiency
