What You'll Do

• Run the flavor floor operate seasoning equipment from the mezzanine and keep production on point

• Lift, load, and flavor handle partial cases of salt and seasoning like a pro

• Prep and fine-tune get machines ready for production and adjust flavor levels for that perfect crunch

• Watch the details monitor quality, consistency, and food safety every step of the way

• Support the crew give teammates breaks, stay synced with shift leads, and keep communication strong

• Team up with Maintenance spot issues early and help keep everything running smoothly

• Stay organized maintain a clean, safe, and ready-to-roll workspace

• Previous seasoning or machine operator experience? Awesome. If not, we'll train youjust bring the drive.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and climbing stairs regularly

• Fast-paced, warm, and occasionally dusty environment (it's the seasoning in the air!)

• Ability to stay alert, organized, and safety-focused
