Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

• Shift: 1st Shift (7 AM - 5 PM start time and very. Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle, move, load, and unload materials using manual and material handling equipment.

• Open and seal crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers with precision.

• Collect, sort, store, and distribute materials efficiently.

• Process orders from requisitions and dispense stock items accurately.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and maintaining accurate records.

• Oversee the shipping, receiving, and processing of freight in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure orderly stocking and timely delivery of merchandise.

• Maintain and update the purchase order system as shipments are received, canceled, or backordered.

• Prepare and process inventory paperwork diligently.

• Regularly update management on inventory issues and participate in kit and bundle breakdown activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze non-routine issues.

• Proficient in relevant competencies associated with warehouse operations.

• Experience in training or mentoring junior staff is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills to explain practices and procedures clearly.

• Ability to adapt and make minor adjustments to working methods as necessary.
