Part-Time Billing and Administrative Clerk| Temporary position $18-$20/hr. | On-Site Aston, PA
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Administrative Clerk to assist with cyclical billing projects and general clerical support. This is a part-time, temporary role, perfect for someone who enjoys structured tasks and working in a close-knit environment.
The schedule is part-time, (4 hrs/day, M-F, 8:30 A -12:30 P)
A day in the life of a Billing and Administrative Clerk· Support quarterly billing operations by scanning and entering data into specialized software (training provided).
· Prepare and update documentation and certificates using Excel.
· Handle various clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
· Accurately input numerical data using a 10-key calculator.
Requirements for the Billing and Administrative Clerk position
· Strong data entry skills and experience with a 10-key calculator.
· Prior experience in an accounts receivable or clerical support role preferred.
· Working knowledge of Excel for basic document updates.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small office setting.
· Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine administrative tasks
College Degree preferred. HS Diploma or GED plus relative experience
