We are looking to add a new member to our IT team!

Responsibilities:

• Configures/reconfigures widows workstations for deployment on both Domain and non-domain controlled networks
• Configures Microsoft Windows Laptops for Wireless networking
• Works with Network Administrator to deploy IP Phones to remote locations
• Deploys and manages Antivirus software and Anti-malware software on workstations
• Uses existing procedures to configure email on smartphones and tablet platforms
• Configures remote desktop services for remote users
• Responsible for printer deployment, maintenance, consumable ordering and requesting service
• Other duties as assigned by other members of the IT group

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associates in Information Technology or related field with 1-3 years experience
• Understanding of IP (network) printers and print servers
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Specifically Outlook and setup of email clients in Outlook. Understanding of LAN (Routers, Switches, Cabling)
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting (Unjamming printers, Adding RAM to PCs, etc.)
• Familiarity with various web browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.
• Understanding of Windows Domains and the adding/removing of users and workstations
• Understanding of recovery partitions and OEM imaging techniques for Workstations

Details:

• Full Time, M-F standard hours
• Pay: $40-55k, depending on experience
• Location: Wayne, PA
