Here's what we need from you:

• Masters degree in ABA or related field.

• BCBA certification.

• Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment

• 2+ year experience in ABA working with children 0-21

• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, identifying goals, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress preferred.

• Experience providing training and mentorship to other clinicians (e.g. graduate students, behavior technicians, etc)

• Ability to manage a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities

• Proficiency in quality assurance within an EHR, strongly preferred experience in Central Reach (e.g. Learning Trees, Session Notes, Data Sessions)

• Support quality assurance audits and clinical performance evaluations

• Strongly preferred extensive experience in Central Reach

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills: bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time while working with clients.

• Able to respond quickly over short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients.

• Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
