Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Description

This Executive Assistant role involves providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager in all aspects of the Helicopter Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the budget process by ensuring all contractor and vendor invoices are approved and paid in accordance with payment terms.

  • Maintain records and create reports from internal data.

  • Prepare quotes for customers.

  • Provide comprehensive calendar management and administrative support.

  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of macros and pivot tables.

  • Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling and handling correspondence.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in managing budget processes and ensuring timely payments.

  • 5+ years of experience in record maintenance, report creation, and customer quote preparation.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables.

  • Experience in the same or a similar industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and eager to learn the business.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to learn new software.

Work Environment

The role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 8:00 am or 8:30 am, working an 8-hour day with a half-hour or hour lunch break. The position is located in Croydon, PA. The company offers a 6-month contract-to-hire position with a pay increase upon permanent conversion. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
