Volks Resources has multiple immediate requirements for several Wireless Field Integrators in Philadelphia, PA.

You must have previous, recent Ericsson & T-Mobile experience.

This is a Field position and you must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Wireless Field Integrator (Ericsson & T-Mobile Integration)

Overview

We are seeking several skilled Wireless Field Integrators with expertise in Ericsson equipment and T-Mobile Network Integration to join our team.

This role involves deploying, testing, and maintaining wireless network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate Ericsson wireless equipment (e.g., Nokia AirScale, RRUs, base stations) for T-Mobile's 4G/5G networks.
• Perform field testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of RF systems to meet performance standards.
• Conduct site surveys, ensuring proper equipment placement and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with network engineers to execute integration plans and resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and test results.
• Support network upgrades, including software updates and hardware replacements.
• Ensure compliance with T-Mobile's network standards and Ericsson's technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wireless telecommunications, specifically with Ericsson equipment.
• Proven experience with T-Mobile network integration (4G LTE, 5G NR).
• Strong knowledge of RF principles, antenna systems, and network protocols.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and site plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various site locations in Los Angeles.
• OSHA safety certification or equivalent preferred.
