Experienced & Skilled Welder
Overview
We seek a skilled and motivated Fabricator, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a custom metal fabrication environment. In this role, you can work on various projects, utilizing your expertise in welding and fabrication to create high-quality products. We want to hear from you if you're passionate about your craft and enjoy working in a collaborative environment!
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and materials.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a welder-fabricator in a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and coachable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
You should be proficient in:
- Welding Setups for Production
- Blueprint Reading
