Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 12-Hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Reliable transportation required.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.

• Respond promptly to residents' needs and ensure their safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
