Landscape Crew Leader
As a Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for job site organization, quality control, crew communication, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.🍃 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate a landscaping crew to complete daily work safely and efficiently
- Communicate job expectations clearly to crew members
- Keep an open dialogue with clients on a daily basis
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
- Track time, production, and job progress accurately
- Train and mentor crew members, including new hires
- Follow all safety policies and promote a safety-first culture
- Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, challenges, or needs
- Opportunity to grow into leadership and advance your career
- Develop management and people-leadership skills
