Front of House Team Member

The Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Front of House Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. As a FOH Team Member, you will support the guest-facing team by taking and assembling guest orders quickly and accurately at the highest possible quality while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smiles when interacting with guests
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Available for at least 12 hours per week and able to work Saturdays
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task under pressure
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors at any point in the year
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Able to stand for long periods of time
