As a FOH Team Member, you will support the guest-facing team by taking and assembling guest orders quickly and accurately at the highest possible quality while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Create and Maintain Eye Contact

• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Available for at least 12 hours per week and able to work Saturdays
• Consistent and reliable
• Cheerful and positive attitude

• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to multi-task under pressure
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors at any point in the year
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Able to stand for long periods of time
