Pure Tennis Academy & Athlete Development Center is a year-round training program based in Pittsburgh, PA, serving competitive junior athletes. We are committed to player development, high standards, and leadership growth through sport. We take great pride in our 10 & Under development program, believing that a strong foundation at early ages is the key to producing great athletes and strong character.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time tennis professional who wants to grow into a leadership role within a stable academy environment. This is not a “court hour only” position — it is a development-focused role with the opportunity to grow in responsibility, mentorship, and long-term leadership within the academy.

We are actively hiring and looking to fill this position immediately.

The ideal candidate will coach across junior levels, with a strong emphasis on our 10 & Under foundational program, where teaching quality, patience, and intentional development matter deeply.

Responsibilities

• Coach 10 & Under development groups with a focus on fundamentals, movement, and early-stage athletic development
• Coach junior performance groups with professionalism, energy, and clear developmental standards
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, consistency, and athlete growth
• Engage in ongoing mentorship and leadership development within the academy structure
• Support the academy’s long-term development model rather than short-term session-based coaching

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Believes that the highest-impact coaching happens in foundational age groups
• Takes pride in teaching fundamentals and building strong early habits in young athletes
• Is seeking a long-term, stable academy environment rather than short-term or seasonal roles
• Shows initiative, consistency, and a desire to grow in responsibility
• Former college players, captains, or leaders with mentoring experience are strongly encouraged to apply
