KTA-Tator, Inc. Are you convinced KTA is where you belong? This position can be either part-time (20-30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) – perfect for candidates looking for flexibility. This position is for our Commercial Services Group and may be based out of either our corporate office in the Findlay Township area of Pittsburgh (near the Pittsburgh International Airport) or in our satellite office in Dobson, NC. We are looking for outstanding candidates who:

• Have worked in an administrative role for at least 2 years;
• Can review timesheets and expense report submittals;
• Have top-notch proofreading and editing skills;
• Are organized and can maintain orderly job files and records;
• Are thorough in order to generate reports quickly and accurately;
• Are a Microsoft Office 365 superstar (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint);
• Thrive working in a team environment with energetic and passionate employees; and
• Can work productively both in an open office environment and remotely.

Applicants must also have superb written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multitask, remain flexible, work within a deadline, be client-oriented, and patient while working through problems and challenges. Physical requirements include close vision, ability to adjust focus, hearing, and speaking.
