Administrative Professional
Description
Position Information: The full time Administrative Professional will report directly to the Office Manager and will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling drivers, scheduling service appointments, assisting with accounting functions for the dealership, and any other duties as assigned.

- Schedule Service

- Logistics
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer, every day
- Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Put safety first. Must adhere to all safety process, procedures and personal protective equipment requirements and standards
- Lead, manage and hold accountable drivers
- Submit Driver payroll
- Answer phones and schedule service customers
- Call/email service appointment reminders
- Receipt payments on account
- Assist service with Repair Orders (ROs) payments as needed
- Backup Accounts Receivable/Payable as needed
- Participate on Safety Committee
- Answer all dealership phone calls as needed
- Schedule drivers for dealership
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and free of hazards
Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer Service or Accounting experience preferred. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Working knowledge of basic office equipment and programs. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Must be a reliable, efficient and responsible individual with a positive attitude.
Working Conditions: Will sit six to eight hours per shift in an office environment. May be exposed to noise, dust, etc. when in shop areas.
