Barback
The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Company is seeking motivated a Bar Back Back to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in cocktails and hospitality. We strongly believe in advancing from within , and this role is designed as a pathway toward a future bartender position .
Role Overview:
In addition to standard bar back responsibilities, team members will receive hands-on training across multiple areas of bar operations and cocktail production. Bar Backs also work shifts offering floor support back serving and running.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
Support bartenders with all standard bar back duties during service
Learn bar prep fundamentals, including juicing, syrups, infusions, and batching
Train on door operations and guest flow
Develop knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and cocktail creation
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking throughout service
What We’re Looking For:
0–1 years of hospitality experience (experience not required)
Strong work ethic and genuine interest in cocktails and spirits
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the team
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
