Personal time management and line timing is a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepping, cooking, plating and garnishing food
Expediting
Communicating with the Front of House
Maximize quality while eliminating waste
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Properly set up and store food products
Receive deliveries
